Hi, I’m Brigitte - a registered psychologist based in Melbourne, providing telehealth psychology services across Australia. I support clients to manage anxiety, depression, stress, body image concerns, and transitions in life such as parenthood and other major changes, in a safe, confidential, and client‑focused online environment.

My aim is to help you build clarity, wellbeing, and a life aligned with your values - at a pace that feels right for you.

My therapeutic approach is informed by a range of evidence‑based modalities including:Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution‑Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness‑based strategies.I also work holistically with other health professionals to ensure the care you receive fits your whole‑person needs.
